Aurangabad Municipal Corporation has undertaken an ambitious project worth Rs. 1,11,78,165/-. This project was launched during 1999. The SBS and Associates, Aurangabad an architect has prepared the plan of this project. This work has been assigned to Ellora Construction, Aurangabad. The construction work is still in progress.

2. Construction of Architectural Arches - Completed.
3. Approach road work - Completed.
4. Coloring work is in progress.
5. Estimate has been prepared by A.C.E. for following works.
6. Internal decoration.
7. Metal surfacing of the road.
8. Peripheral development of the area.
9. Air-Cooling work.
The building consists of library hall and Conference hall with the seating capacity of 250 persons.
